Blood Rare – very deep red (barely warm) brown outside
Rare – all red (deep red in the middle) brown outside
Medium Rare – Red (brown edges)
Medium – all pink, no red
Medium Well – hint of pink
Well – No pink at all
Rolls are served upon request with dinners that
do not already include bread
